Our Story

From Hotel Lobbies to Himalayan Epiphanies: The Innomotive Journey.

Rohan's story begins in the glitzy world of hotel sales, where he mastered the art of convincing people they absolutely needed that sea-view suite. But something was missing. So, he traded PowerPoint presentations for textbooks and joined ISB for his master's. (Because who doesn't solve an existential crisis with more education, right?)

Armed with a shiny new degree and a head full of business jargon, Rohan decided to clear his mind with a trip to Bhutan. There, between meditation sessions and dodging yaks, it hit him harder than the altitude sickness:

"Why isn't there a one-stop-shop for all things workplace awesome?"


Maybe it was the thin mountain air. Maybe it was the excessive consumption of butter tea. But right there, amidst the fluttering prayer flags and smiling monks, Innomotive Solutions was born in Rohan's mind.

Back in India, fueled by determination (and probably still some butter tea), Rohan set out to revolutionize the workplace world. He assembled a dream team, including ex-hoteliers Sushil and Anandit, who knew a thing or two about keeping diverse groups of people happy in confined spaces.

Together, this trio of workplace warriors embarked on a mission to make offices so cool, even the water cooler would be jealous. From ergonomic chairs that don't make you feel like you've aged 50 years after sitting for 10 minutes, to team-building events that don't involve trust falls (unless you're into that sort of thing), Innomotive began transforming workplaces across India.

Today, Innomotive Solutions stands tall (much like the Himalayas that inspired it), offering everything from funky office furniture to mind-bending professional development programs. We've grown from a Bhutanese daydream to a pan-India phenomenon, proving that sometimes, you have to get really high (in altitude, of course) to see the biggest opportunities.
